    All motorhomes leave Wellsbridge Sales with a warranty in your 'Customer Welcome Pack'.
    Please see your own warranty documents for details & information.

    It is a complimentary Auto-Protect warranty. 

    Terms/conditions, inclusions and exclusions apply.

    • Motorhomes are issued with up to a 12-month warranty.
    • Motorhomes up to 10 years old will have a 12 month Gold Warranty.
    • Pre 2007 Motorhomes will have a 6 month Silver Warranty.
    • All other Motorhomes will have a 12 month Silver Warranty.
      (Motorhomes older than 10 years and manufactured after 2006)
    • On select vehicles, a 3 year extended silver cover warranty is also available.

    If we are able to carry out work that is covered by the warranty that we arranged for you and your Motorhome then we will need to contact the warranty company, so please have your warranty documents available.

    General Advice:

    Keep your Warranty Documents close to hand when travelling in your Motorhome.

    If you find that you need to use a garage to carry out work that might be covered by the warranty, the 'garage' must gain approval/permission from the warranty company to carry out the work. The warranty company will agree on a cost with the 'garage'. If this is not done you will be billed by the garage for the work but the cost will not be covered by the warranty company.

    Some warranties apply to travel within the UK only. So if you plan to travel abroad, you should check your 'cover' and consider any possible additional services that you may need. Please be aware that you may be over-charged by unscrupulous garages for repairs and this will very likely not be recoverable. 

    We advise that you take out appropriate roadside assistance cover with any of the well-known companies (AA, RAC, etc) that are available to cover possible mechanical breakdown, etc.

    Please note that your warranty agreement/contract is with the warranty company as stated on your warranty documents.
